Techno-Sales manager

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute channel sales strategies for cybersecurity solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, resellers, and distributors.
Industry Relationship with Govt Account, Consultant, Nodal Bodies  
Provide technical consultation to channel partners and customers.
Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Negotiate and close high-value deals with key clients.

Qualifications:
BE/ Btech /MCA /Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering, Business, or Cybersecurity.
MBA ( System / IT & Marketing ) will be added advantage 
Strong understanding of cybersecurity products, solutions, and market trends.
Proven experience in channel sales and business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to analyse market trends and competitor strategies.
Willingness to travel for partner meetings and industry events
 
Experience:
3-5 Years relevant experience; mostly in Channel sale with clear technology understanding. 
 
Technical Skills:
Understanding Cybersecurity Solutions – Knowledge of security tools, protocols, and threat prevention measures.
Cybersecurity Regulations & Compliance – Familiarity with laws like GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS to address client concerns.
Basic Networking & IT Knowledge – Helps in explaining security solutions effectively.
 
Sales & Business Skills:

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain transactional relationships with at least 100+ mid-market and enterprise customers in Mumbai.
Engage with key decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, CISOs) to drive sales and long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
